Engagement Scope and Cancellation Policies

All coaching sessions and team seminars require adherence to scheduled timelines. For individual 1:1 sessions, rescheduling must occur at least 48 hours prior to the session start time. Corporate seminar bookings require a minimum of thirty days notice for any alterations or cancellations to ensure proper facilitator alignment.

All proprietary frameworks, coaching materials, and leadership assessment tools provided during engagements remain the intellectual property of Global Health Connection. Enterprise clients receive a non-exclusive license for internal leadership development use only.
